Binxies is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Payment of your purchases can be made as follows:

2. Direct Deposit

Internet Banking- Please ensure your Order Number/Name is included as the Reference Number within your payment details area. This will assist us in identifying your order and processing it quickly. You can deposit the money directly into our bank account via electronic funds transfer.

Delivery Policy (Online Purchases)

Most items are dispatched Australia wide from us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. 

Binxes are committed to a fast turn around time with your order. All order's will be shipped same or next business day, provided we have product in stock. If we do not have product in stock we will endeavour to get your item in ASAP and shipped out same day. The majority of items arrive to you within 48 hours from time of purchase.

Your order is shipped with Australia Post through the POSTeParcel system unless you specify otherwise (charges may apply). Australia Post is the most cost effective and efficient postal service, committed to providing a high-quality mail and parcel delivery service within Australia.

Our delivery calculator works out the weight, and size of the product(s) you have ordered, then uses the region you are shipping to to determine your shipping rate. Once you select the country you are having your order delviered to, you can view the shipping price. If you are happy with this, you can then continue to the checkout.

Most of our delivery companies will deliver between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. If you are not home to sign for your delivery, they will leave a calling card. You must then call and quote your consignment number to arrange another delivery time that is convenient.

It is your responsibilty to enter the correct delivery details when purchasing from us. We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your order to the address specified on the order. We do not accept liability, whether for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising due to you (the customer) providing an incorrect address.

Refund & Return Policy (Online Purchases & Phone Orders)

This Returns Policy applies to online and phone order purchases only. At Binxies we want you to be completely happy with your order, and try to provide as much information about our policies so that you can make an informed decision . All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 14 day period. Binxies will not accept a bank or credit card statement as proof of purchase, and cannot provide copies of receipts if lost or misplaced. Return Policy

You may return the product for an exchange or credit note providing:

  • Original receipt, or proof of purchase is presented
  • Product/s are returned within 7 days from date of purchase
  • Product/s are in their original condition and packaging

Please Note: Postage/ Freight is at customers cost.

Return/Refund Process

A pre-printed return policy form is included in every order along with return shipping labels. Please fill out this form, indicating what you're returning and why. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number, along with the item(s) that you are returning. Any information missing will slow down the return process. Pack item(s) in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging (removing original shipping labels). We recommend that you use insured registered post, as we do not take any responsibility if returned items are lost or damaged in transit.

You will be responsible for all delivery charges associated with sending the returned item(s) back to us. The original delivery costs are non-refundable. If the returned item(s) are deemed damaged, defective or an error has made by us then you will be reimbursed for the costs associated for the return and the new item will be delivered free of charge. In this case, a receipt of the returned delivery costs must be sent to us with the returnable item(s).

Once we have received your returned item(s) you will be contacted by email and then again once your exchange or credit has been processed. All item(s) will be assessed by our returns department. If item(s) are deemed used and not in original packaging we reserve the right to refuse the return and item(s) will be sent back to you. If the item(s) you requested are no longer available, we will issue you with a Binxies credit. If item(s) are on back order you will be informed when item(s) are expected to be back in stock. Please allow up to 7 working days for your exchange/refund to be processed.

Variations of Products

We take care to ensure we provide you with accurate colour descriptions and images, however there may be reasons why the colour of your item on arrival is not as depicted on your screen.
